Samsung smart TV can't find .tpk file to install from USB

I have a problem when install third party app. My Samsung smart TV can find .tpk file when i connect usb with TV

To install an app from a .tpk file on a Samsung TV, make sure you have enabled developer mode in the settings, connect the USB to the correct port, and place the .tpk file in the root directory of the USB (FAT32 or exFAT format). If the TV does not recognize the file, double-check the settings, the file is not corrupted, or try using Tizen Studio to install it directly.
