[wearable] Tizen Data receiving problem

This is my envirorment

Android Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (Android 6.0.1)

Samsung Gear S3 (Tizen 3.0.0.1)

 

Using "Hello Message" example, I did data receiving to get heart rate.

Data sending from Android is OK, but I can receive data from Tizen device.

So, I launched "Hello Message" app. It also didn't work.

I think before Tizen 2.3.1 It worked but not now.

What should I do? or Is there anyway to downgrade Tizen 3.0.1 to 2.3.1?

hi~ As far i know you can't downgrade to 2.3.1 due to 'Rollback Prevention'. I hope your problem will be resolved in coming days after next updates(with bug fixes). And if you still face these problem , you can communicate with local service/customer center.

Are you working in the dev team? Is the update in the coming days official news? I have a lot of angry customers wanting me to fix the problems that I can't fix. My apps use filesystem api btw. They have been working perfectly since 2.3

No... i am not working in dev team. Hope Samsung will fix the problem soon.

My FileSystem problem is gone after Reset the Gear. Hope this will also help you if your problem is related to FileSystem API.
