Unable to enter in a file

Hi,
In my application, I have to create a file and write into it.
Until now it's ok but, when I want to enter in this text file to check if I wrote my stuff correctly, the device alert me "Unable to find application to perform this action".
How can I solve my problem and enter in this file to read what I wrote?
