Tizen 2.3 SDK / Emulator ‘Setting debug url fail’

Im developing a tizen weareable project.
I have created a new emulator using the emulator-manager.
When i try to debug the application, i always get 'Setting debug url fail'.
The app is installed in the emulator instance BUT there is no debugging possible.
How is this solved?
