TAU: change scrollbar color

Hello,
i am struggling for a couple of days already to change the color of the TAU scrollbar from blue to something else. The scrollbar appears automatically when you scroll content. I am checking tau.css and tau.circle.css but so far no luck.
Any ideas how to do it?
