screenshot screen on application run

Hello,

I am currently working on an app and i am trying to find how can i make the app to take a screenshot of the screen as soon as it runs, so i can use it later.
Is there a way via javascript / jquery ?

EDIT: or if possible to make the background transparent/translucent.

If anyone knows, thanks in advance.

does it work for mobile apps too ? forgot to mention the app i want to make is for mobiles.

since tizen web application applications are also kind of web pages, kindly try it.

well yes its pretty simmilar but i dont want to take a screenshot of a webpage . I want to take a screenshot of the mobile screen (e.x. the home background with icons etc...) If that is not possible then i am looking another way like making the whole app transparent to be able to see my icons/apps while running the app i am building.
