Registered Application Has Failed

I'm trying so hard to submit my app to Samsung Galaxy Watch store, but it seems impossible. Every attempt I get a compatibility error. Is there a way to correct submit the app to the store?

1. Connect a Gear to a mobile device using Gear Manager 2. Check minimum supported OS version of Gear application and OS version of Gear device 3. Try to find the app -> Unable to find the app

App just should be served for devices that have compatible OS Detected Device: SM-G975F_SM-R825U, SW Version: R825USQU1ASHH_G975FXXU3ASH6

Hi, according to the information provided, looks like you have developed your app in Tizen studio, using version 5.0, while the current version running in smartwatches are 4.0, you can do two things:

- Create the app using version 4.0 in Tizen Studio

- Modify the config.xml file in "Required version" field, just select 4.0 but make sure is 100% compatible, as you have developed the app using 5.0

Once done, when you upload the app in the store, make sure you don't select S2 models, because they don't use tizen 4.0, they haven't been upgraded. So from the long list of supported devices, take out all S2 models.
