POLARIS App Generator is die? Is there an alternative?

Hi. Recently I decided to move my Android app to Tizen Store. Since I can not publish it in apk format, I need a converter. I learned that 4 years ago there was a POLARIS App Generator service which allowed convert the Android app to Tizen. but to date the domain pag.polarismobile.com is for sale. Is there an alternative to this service or the idea of transferring Android apps to Tizen is experiencing stagnation?
