Add the below line in config.xml file :

<feature name="http://tizen.org/feature/screen.size.normal"/>

I am also seeing the same error message.  I tried adding the <feature...> line into my config.xml file, but I still see the same error message.  Please help.  Thank you.

Update:  I ended up just creating a new project from scratch and copying over all the code.  It now works, but I was unable to find what the problem was in the previous project.
