Installing the Package failed

Hi, i'm trying to installing the sample app in the Tizen device. But i'm getting the following error:
Installing the package failed.
Error code: PACKAGE_NOT_FOUND
Error message:
Command: /usr/bin/pkgcmd -i -q -t wgt -p "null/tmp/SampleApp.wgt"
Management: Check package components in Project Explorer.
