I try to wake up my app when the app is on sleep mode.

I used tizen.power.setScreenStateChangeListener. it works fine but this listener affect not only my app but also other apps.

so, I try to use tizen.application.getCurrentApplication() but this function returns only my app info always

how to solve these problems?

I mean what I want is my app keeps on dim mode.

Hi,
If you want move your app from background to foreground in some moment you could use: tizen.application.launch
afaik this method does not restart app in this case but raises it from background mode.

To get running apps list you could use tizen.application.getAppsContext()
But I suppose it is not fully covers your task 'how to detect what app is on top'

I also search from the help document, don't find the solution about "how to detect what app is on top" .

I just gusee is there a notification send out by system while top app change, but I don't find the relative topics from the help document.

Maybe this issue can be resolved in Native app. As below, copied from the help doc, section: API Reference > Application Framework > Application

Application states

State	Description
READY	The application is launched.
CREATED	The application starts the main loop.
RUNNING	The application is running and visible to the user.
PAUSED	The application is running but invisible to the user.
TERMINATED	The application is terminated
