Gear S3: The device does not support InApp-Purchase

I downloaded IAP sample from Samsung IAP-Guide.

When I installed the sample on my Gear S3 through Tizen Studio "NotSupportedError : The device does not support InApp-Purchase" error was shown.

Logs from Gear S3:

button() init
app.js:213 getPurchasedItemListByIds() init
VM52:1 getPurchasedItemListByIds() entered
VM52:1 before type : object
app.js:236 NotSupportedError : The device does not support InApp-Purchase

When I install the sample on emulator the error doesn't appear, but the sample stops on "Getting item list..." and that's all.

Any suggestions?

You did not mention any information so i am asking you... did you complete these steps before running the sample application ?

Join Seller office, Register yourself as commercial seller, register your app ... 

Yes, I did... except registering the app, because I tried to use IAP_SUCCESS_TEST_MODE which as I understood was for testing when an app hadn't been registered.

Anyways, looks like I have found the reason. It shows when Gear either isn't connected to smartphone or connected to iPhone.

So now I have another issue, Please, take a look.
