To let the user chose power saving mode you may Launch ‘Settings’ app from web application using Application API.  Application Id of device settings application: org.samsung.clocksetting

alert('Please select Power saving Mode');

console.log(“Cannot Launch Settings”);
}

tizen.application.launch(appId, onSuccess, onError);

Application Launch privilege is required to launch Settings from web app.
