Error in "Debug Run as" - Setting the debugging URL

When I run my app in PQ Device or Emulator ( SDK Weareable Version : 1.0.0
Build id : 20140905-2017) I have error:
Setting the debugging URL... > Fail
Error occurred at the below step.
`Setting the debugging URL...`
(Return Code:1102)Cannot read response content.
What does it mean? Help couldn't help me with it.
