Emulator Crashes on Re-run

Recently, I have been running into an issue where I can run my app on the emulator fine the first time, but when I make changes and try to run the app again on the same emulator, it crashes. Has anyone seen this behavior before?

I doubled checked and re-installed. It says it was going to put this directory in C:/tizen-sdk-data/ but it is not there.
