Device run error FileNotFoundException

I have run sample web apps on device. One app runs fine on web simulator, but when I target device I get the following message:
'Launching MyProject' has encountered a problem.
java.io.FileNotFoundException: D:\tizen-sdk\workspace\MyProject\.sign\.manifest.tmp (Access is denied)
