create a dabase get error

At 2.1 I can create a database about 30M, like “ openDatabase("XXXXX", "0.1", "XXXXX DB", 30 * 1024 * 1024); ”
But on 2.2, I just got a error " SecurityError: DOM Exception 18: An attempt was made to break through the security policy of the user agent."
