Calendar API can do this

You can find the sample web application which use Calendar API in the IDE .

    Create a Web Application Project-->Web App-->Sample-->EventManager

defaultCalendar = tizen.calendar.getDefaultCalendar('EVENT');

item = new tizen.CalendarEvent(
    {
        summary: summary,
        isAllDay: isAllDay,
        startDate: startDate,
        endDate: endDate,
        alarms: [alarm]
    });
    
defaultCalendar.add(item);
