Continuous scroll on large page have a jerking effect

We have a long page app in out Tizen application. If a user keeps a finger on the screen and keeps dragging the page, a user can see a jerk effect between two paragraph text or between mulitple list item.
The effect cannot be seen in the settings app of the Tizen phone or any by-default app with larger content.
