Can’t get the connected devices by “sdb devices”

Host OS: Win7 64bit
Tizen device connected to PC via USB, can see the connected device in explorer of PC. Also open the USB debugging on device via "Settings > Developer options > USB debugging".
Run command "sdb devices" in prompt, cant get the connected tizen device. This command works well for emulator.
Is there any other configuration should be done on device?
