Hello,

If you are not sure how to make the architecture, it is best to start with Basic template (HTML5 + JavaScript) and if during the development, you will need additional libraries (third-aprty libraries) you can add to your project.

Hi,

I am trying to store image url in two dimentional array and i want to access url using index of array.I have written code which is not working.

At first it isnt code practice to write any code with more than one lines in if, loops and so on without brackets...

Also use spaces to mark you code readable and define all used variables in front of your code...

var arimg = new Array(4),
    i;

for (i = 0; i < 4; i++)
{

    arimg[0][2] = "ele.jpg";

    arimg[1][1] = "cow.jpg";
    arimg[1][2] = "ele.jpg";
    arimg[1][3] = "lion.jpg";
    
    arimg[2][0] = "lion.jpg";
    arimg[2][1] = "ele.jpg";
    arimg[2][2] = "cat.jpg";
    arimg[2][3] = "cow.jpg";
    
    arimg[3][0] = "ele.jpg";
    arimg[3][1] = "lion.jpg";
    arimg[3][2] = "cow.jpg";
    arimg[3][3] = "cat.jpg";

This code cannot work correct

document.getElementById("btn1").style.backgroundImage = "url('arimg[0][0]')";

Because arimg[0][0] is a variable and you write it as normal string ;) your backgroundImage string looks like this:

"url('arimg[0][0]')"

You have to concat the string with variable by the uses of string- and concat-symbol. The code above have to look so

document.getElementById("btn1").style.backgroundImage = "url('"+arimg[0][0]+"')";

Try to write a cleaner and more readable code and learn the basic of JavaScript.
