Visual studio error unable to start debug, please help me

I can't install from visual to samsung TV 4.0, error "unable to start debugging. Unable to establish a connection to LLDB. please help me fit it. thanhk

Which version of Tizen SDK and VS extension is installed on your machine? There are many known and unknown bugs (poorly documented) with TV SDK and unfortunately the .NET debugger for Tizen 4.0 doesn't appear to be officially supported according to this document.
