Certificate Manager in Visual Studio does not work

I have been using Tizen in Visual Studio for some time, i have acquired hardware, galaxy watch, and would like to deploy my application to it.

As i understand it requires a certificate, only as a Visual Studio user, I found that the Certificate Manager will not launch.

Tizen Certificate Extension was installed via the Package Manager:

And when Certificate Manager is launched:

Tools > Tizen > Tizen Certificate Manager

the executable at:
"C:\Program Files\Tizen\tools\certificate-manager\certificate-manager.exe"
that it points to, accesses admin mode, I allow it, and then nothing happens.

Being a VS user I would like to use this in the IDE, what might I have wrong here?
Else if this is a known issue, specifically what do i need to do to create a certificate for my application?

Dont tell me its installing Tizen Studio, is it.....

Tizen .NET

Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
First of all, please check if the Tizen tool path is correct in VS 2019 as below. (Tools > Options > Tizen > Tools)

After checking whether the installed tizen tool's path is well set, you selected Tools > Tizen > Tizen Certificate Manager, but it cannot be executed, can it?
If so, I will contact the person in charge of Tizen Tools.

It will be inconvenient until the issue is confirmed, but please run the Tizen Certificate Manager directly, not through VS 2019 and create Samsung Certificate.
To create Samsung Certificate profile, please install "Samsung Certificate Extension" via Tizen Package Manager.
After then, please make VS sign your app using your samsung certificate profile by doing this:
