Unable to register certificate

I have a certificate that I have recived from Samsung

When I try to register it I get this error:

"Registration failed

Reason: Certificates are not generated becauase of unknown reason"

I am running the Tizen IDE on Mac OSX version 10.9.4

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this ?

Hello,

Perhaps, in this situation it is better to try get one more certificate from Samsung

I have minor question: How long did you wait your certificate for Wearable?
I have sent request 2 days ago and I am still waiting.

The process at times take as long as a week
