1.  Tizen Studio has UI Builder Navigation View  Template. Also following tutorial shows Navigation view using Naviframe .

2. There is a Tab View sample app named "Notification Manager" in Native mobile profile under AppFW section.

3. Also there is a sample app named " Settings UI " under UI section of Native mobile profile.

Above three apps may help you to develop mentioned three view application.
