Tizen Studio 2.3 cannot install

I have 3 SSDs and one HDD but it doesnt matter which disk I select I got always the follow message:

I tried to create a new directory (D:\tizen) but then I get the follow message

Windows 10 Pro 64bit (1709)

I solved it

Create a folder named "tizen" and change owner from "Users" to explizit user on the system.
