tizen sdk 2.2 on Windows 32( Windows XP) fails

I have successfully completed the 1.69 Gb download of tizen SDK ( On D:/) but after that while completing the last stage of the installation, install Manager shows the messege ---"Fatal error occured while installing the tizen SDK."
I have downloaded the same on C:/ also but same error is appeared. PLEASE HELP!
