Tizen emulator-manager.exe command line is not working

As per the documentation here: https://developer.tizen.org/dev-guide/2.2.0/org.tizen.gettingstarted/html/dev_env/emulator_manager.htm
, there is coomandline options for emulator-manager.exe. But commands like 'emulator-manager.exe --help' is not showing anything in Windows. The command 'emulator-manager.exe' is working but the commandline options are not accepted. Is this a bug or feature not yet implemented in windows?
