Socket Timeout

When I am trying to create new Author certificate using certificate manager in tizen studio, it failed . And it gives me a response that Socket Timeout. i cannot figre out what is the problem??

I am facing the same problem with Tizen Studio 1.1, while attempting to create new Author Certificate. It is repeatedly hangs for a while and then, showing "Socket timeout!".

Off late, server problem seems resolved for both Tizen SDK (2.4.0_Rev8) & Tizen Studio (1.1.0).
