The behavoir difference is obvious, Cause the Web Simulator is actually a 360x360 browser with some additional functionality. It's mainly for checking User Interface behavior.

 

Building,packaging should not take such time, do your system meets the Requirements. You may consider upgrading the system or go for a ligther OS.

1. If you are talking about Emulator, then yes the difference should be minimal.

2. As you said "Buggs and long packaging happened SOMETIME", It happens sometimes with me too. Personally, What I do is to save all my works, Exit the Tizen-Studio IDE and start it again.
