Right after to try the command, "sdb shell", I received the following feedback message: "error: protocol fault (no status)". What can I do to fix this?

Hi,

What device do you use? Have you tried to connect the device with other PCs.

Hi,

It’s difficult to say what happens in this case. Obviously, your device is ok, but there is a problem with sdb on your PC. I can only suggest you to try another sdb commands like:

sdb –d log

sdb -d get-state
