problem with Mac OSX 10.7 “Command Line Tools”

Please help me, IDE works fine, emulator works fine, conected fine too, but when I try to starting apps I just see:
ls: /usr/bin/make: No such file or directory
For using "make", you have to install "Command Line Tools"
I'm new developer and I don't understand what I should to do. Please if you can giv me little manual like Step 1 Step 2....
