problem Build an own SDK Package and Install an SDK Package

Hi All
SDK build properly and it generate
common-eplugin_1.0.64_ubuntu-64.zip file
but when i tried to install, it intall properly but after installation it generate only file called " ide". but inside the ide
"startup.sh" this file not generated
I followed this link https://developer.tizen.org/documentation/dev-guide
Pls try help me out this.
