What is understand from your question is, You got PKGMGR_SERVER ERROR when you run your wearable app.

This problem seems to be a certificate problem. Check whether your  Extension SDK (Both Extras and Wearable section) is installed properly or not from
Package Manager. If it is not installed , then install it and if it is already installed , then first remove it , then reinstalled it again.

Also make your wearable profile active when you run the application. Before run your app, Click "Permit to install applications" by right clicking on your device ID
from Connection Explorer.

I am getting the PKGMGR_SERVER ERROR but when I connected my device with VPN , automatically the error solved. I have bought this ipvanish during the  ipvanish black friday ( )sale period. Now i am waiting to the next  v pn black friday sale so that i can renew the services.
