Network Disconnected Error

Greeting! A problem occured that my Tizen could not download packet manager. I suppose that it's related to the fact, that I updated my Windows 10 (current version - 22.H.2). Yet on previous version (~ 21) Tizen worked just perfectly. Now it just says "Network Disconnected" and in configuration tab it says "Cannot connect the repositary server". All SDK's are unactive. Also I tried brandmauer settings.
Below I attached screens of my app. I really need Tizen, please help somebody!
