Network connection on tizen emulator
Hi,   The network connection doesn't work on the tizen emulator. For example I can't see a website on the TIZEN browser. How can I fix that? I'm using Ubuntu 12.10.

Hi Benojit, Can check your network proxy settings properly, Emulator will take data from network proxy settings, it doesn't require other additional info for connecting to internet.

For network connection on tizen emulator, linux support network proxy configuration. To setup network proxy configuration goto below path. On the Start panel, go to System > Preferences > Network Proxy. Direct Internet and manual proxy configuration are supported, but the automatic proxy configuration is not, due to license issues. Hi, i'm working now on ubuntu 11.10, internet connection on the emulator works fine but i had to do a small modification : when i did the proxy configuration(manual) :the port of http must be the same port of the protocol tcp on the emulator( To know the port tcp on the emulator i checked the emulator log ([info:qemu:sdb]redirect [tcp:26101:10.0.2.16:26101]). i didn’t try this on ubuntu 12.10 but maybe it solves the problem of internet connection . Developers who still work on ubuntu 12.10 can tell us. Thanks.

Any updates on this bug. I am stuck totally on this. I am Ubuntu and using Tizen 2.0. My tizen emulator has no access to networking at all. Please help me.
