Mac High Sierra: Certificate manager not opening on Tizen 2.1

Certificate manager freezes on Mac. App won't launch to TV device (error message: closed). Have tried different versions of JDK 8. Running certificate-manager.exe from command line tells me:
SLF4JL Failed to load class "org.slf4j.impl.StaticLoggerBinder"
What's going on?
MacOS 10.13.1
JDK 8 u151
