Hello, I am new to Tizen and I am trying to develop some apps for the GearS3 watch. I am coming from .NET/C# with many years experience. I am having trouble with the emulator. It says it is not installed. I am trying to install it via the package manager, but I am unable to see the package option. This is when I noticed the package manager saying "Network Disconnected". When I try to access the SDK url of: [usa.sdk-dl.tizen.org/sdk/tizenstudio] I get this result from the tizen.org server:

I can't seem to figure out how to get the emulator installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks -Shane
