How to get Distributor Certificate Password

Hi.

I am a newbie with Tizen. I have installed Tizen SDK and tried run application with Emulator but I got the error:

"org.tizen.common.sign.exception.CertificationException: Both an author and a first distributor must be required"

I don't have first  distritutor because I have lost distributor certificate password. How can I get this password again.

Please help me. Many thanks!

Ehm, you can create new Certs... Forgotten correct steps... sorry. But Password is Security thingie... :) Otherwise it would make no sense to create Certs, if we can easily rebuild passwords... If you were using the distributor certificate and modified the password, the only way is to reinstall your SDK.

No Need to reinstall SDK again. Distributor password 'tizenpkcs12passfordsigner'.

Because when i try to run the app on device it showing an error that "Both author and first distributor is required".

And when i provide password for the author_signer.p12 it is showing as invalid.

Your security profiles must look like this, you dont need to know the author_signer.p12 password ;)

If you're using Samsung Z1, you need to input correct password for installing your application. so please  check out the password which was typed when you create your certificate.

You can create and register new certificate.
