How to boot my phone

I have a phone ,and the tizen version is Tizen LARKSPUR(1.0.0?).

I want to upgrade it to 2.0 as the url says:

https://source.tizen.org/documentation/reference/flash-device

after the step 4: Flashing new system image

$sudo ./lthor Tizen_Ref.Device-210_System_20130207_1.tar

My phone can't boot and the screen is alway black whatever I play it

(include "Press <volume down> + <power> keys").

How shoud I do?

Is there a way to install tizen 2.0 to my phone?

or how to boot my phone and set it to original settings?

And can I try to upgrate it again?

Please follow the steps mentioned in https://source.tizen.org/documentation/reference/flash-device, did you remove usb cable before trying Volume and Power Keys.

I followed the steps,and usb cable is ok the whole process, after step 4,as I said above,my phone can't boot whatever I use Its screen is black until now.:(
