How to add DUID to existing distributor certificate

Dear community.

I have a proplem adding an new device to my distributor certificate.

The reason seams to be quite simple - my certificate manager doesn´t provide the 4th screen to add the DUID.

I updated my SDK - same result.

After that, I deleted (uninstalled) everything and installed everything completely new with latest installer.

BUT: Same result.

I expect all the descriptions are old and the current way to update a certificate is different - but I can´t find it :-(

Held kindly welcome

Hello,

Check your firewall setting if there any blockage. Also check if you had installed the certificate extension.

Hope it will help.

The watch is connected

If I open certificate manager the 4th folder for adding DUIDs is still not available

As mentioned - I installed the entire SDK multiple times.

I think you may check Prerequisites for the Tizen Studio installation if anything you missed. Check this

Hi.

All prerequisites are fullfilled.

The Certificate Manager looks like shown in this link:

Hi.

To make my question more concret.

My certificate manager looks exactly like shown in this link:

https://developer.tizen.org/development/visual-studio-tools-tizen/tools/certificate-manager

BUT: In all describtions I found, there´s always a fourth sheet for entering the DUID of the devices.
Obviously this is now done in another tool.

Please send link to related description.

Thx

SOLVED.

Just install "Samsung Certificate Extension" in your Package Manager and your Certificate Manager looks like shown in multiple descriptions with 4 sheets.
