Gear Wearable emulator not starting up for v3.0 or v4.0

I can't start up the gear wearable emulator (the watch) for v3.0 or v4.0. V2.3.2 works.

I am running mainly on win10, although I have also tried this on ubuntu with the same result.

Any Ideas/pointers/etc?

Check all requirements are filled.

All the systems I have tried meet those requirements. Like I mentioned, the emulator only works for v2.3.2, not v3.0 or v4.0 (wearables).

When I get this kind of phenomenome, usually I could resolve the issue by  installing all platform SDK packages even though I don't use the platform especially for Tizen 4.0 packages. I strongly recommend to install all 4.0 related packages.

(I'm using Ubuntu, for your reference)

Yes, I have installed all version: up tp v4.0 as well as both mobile and weareableand even tv. Still the same.
