So any reason why you have SDK Rev 8?

Check the proxy settings literally.

If the personal or business network is through a proxy, the settings are required and the IDE settings should also be changed, even if they are already configured on the PC.

Windows > Preferences > General > Network Connection

Select the Active Provider to Manual and set the HTTP and HTTPS up both.

same problem, tried tizen studio, tizen SDK, MAC and windows version, 3 internet providers.

Same problem.

Off late, server problem seems resolved for both Tizen SDK (2.4.0_Rev8) & Tizen Studio (1.1.0).
