Error trying to install the Tizen Baseline SDK

I'm attempting to install the Tizen Baseline SDK so that I can develop apps for a Samsung Galaxy watch. I'm following the instructions here - https://developer.tizen.org/development/visual-studio-tools-tizen/installing-visual-studio-tools-tizen

I've got Visual Studio 2017 Pro. Windows 8.1 Pro. Java version 1.8.0_211. I've installed Visual Studio Tools for Tizen.

As part of step 4 - "Enter the root directory path where you want to install and click Next". I entered a directory e.g C:\Users\Username\Downloads\test and click Next. I receive the following error:

"Baseline SDK Installer is detected on 'C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp\Baseline_Tizen_Studio_windows-64.exe`, but it can be an incomplete file. Do you want to use an existing file anyway?"

If I click yes or no, I receive the following error:

Failed to install Tizen tools: The specified executable is not a valid application for this OS platform.

Hi Dhokia,

Could you please confirm if the folder "C:\Users\Username\Downloads\test" is empty?

We need to install the IDE into a fresh folder to avoid conflicts.

Thanks and Regards
