Emulator problem

amd ryzen 5 works on phone and clock emulators for tizen as well as on LG and android emulators, but when I try to open the tv emulator even though virtualization is turned on on my computer with 3600x processor, I get the following error;
your system cannot support hw virtualization. Try to install KVM (ubuntu) or HAX (windows or mac)

What did you have to do to get the Tizen emulator working for your AMD CPU? I've turned on BIOS settings, I've enabled windows features, I've done everything I can find information on online, but the Emulator Manager refuses to enable CPU virtualization for my AMD system.

If the Android Emulator does not start properly, this problem is often caused by problems with HAXM. HAXM issues are often the result of conflicts with other virtualization technologies, incorrect settings, or an out-of-date HAXM driver. Try reinstalling the HAXM driver, using the steps detailed in Installing HAXM.
