STEPS TO MIGRATE YOUR EMAIL FROM OUTLOOK TO GMAIL:
Log into the Outlook account where you want to move your emails from the Microsoft websites first.
Click the gear button in the top-right corner of the Gmail page, then choose to see all settings.
Click the Accounts and Import tab near the top of the menu that displays.
Click Import from another address next to Import mail and contacts.
Click Continue after entering the Outlook address from which you want to move your messages.
Click Continue once again to provide Gmail access to your Outlook account on the following screen. You might need to turn off a pop-up blocker before resuming the process if you have one activated.
Once they are connected, choose whether you want to import your contacts, emails, or brand-new mail for the following 30 days from Outlook. We advise picking all three.
