Can't Install sdk and ide,like this

       "Cannot execute java even if it was installed. check environment variables or java version (over 1.6) please",this is the warning.  but I hava installed the jdk(version 1.8.0_11), And the Variables is right.the system is windows 8.1.who can tell me why?

Here is recommended win xp or 7 and java 6 or 7.

Please try with Java 7 because it seems that Java 8 is not supported:
