Cannot sign in while creating certificate

I am trying to log in to the Samsung account while creating a certificate. but when the login pop-up appeared it was fully white I could not do anything and I could not add any certificate.

My Tizen studio version:5.1

I have the same issue. Tried reinstalling Tizen Studio from scratch, no luck. Enabled chrome-wide popups, allowed insecure content just in case. 

Blank popup with no information. I can see that there is html source in popup, but it is not being displayed.

 

Any help appreciated.

The same problem affects me. unsuccessful attempt to reinstall Tizen Studio from scratch. Chrome-wide popups were enabled, and unsafe material was permitted just in case. Empty popup that has no content. Although I can see the HTML source in the popup, it is not visible.
