The emulator cannot be ran in WIN7 64bit  ,Please  tell me the reason ? Thank you

error code: Fail to allocate memory in qemu 

                   Then pop up a window  "Visual Studio Just -In -Time Debugger"    

                   An unhandled win32 exception occurred in emulator -x86.exe[5056]
