sdb command not found in mac

Hi, I am trying to execute the following command in Mac , sdb -e root on . And I am getting the error as -bash: sdb : command not found.
What I have read in Tizen documentation is, sdb will be installed along with the IDE. But I am not able to execute the sdb command. Help me out !!!
